Clikthrough is dedicated to creating a totally new music video, TV show and movie viewing experiences through the domain name Clikthrough.com. As a part of the operation of Clikthrough.com, Clikthrough collects certain information about Clikthrough.com users. This Privacy Policy applies to Clikthrough.com and governs data collection and usage by Clikthrough. Prior to registering (including, without limitation, entering into a user agreement with Clikthrough), requesting any of Clikthrough's services or entering any of Clikthrough's contests, sweepstakes or promotions (to the extent that any such contests, sweepstakes or promotions occur from time to time), you are required to read and acknowledge this Privacy Policy, and by registering (including, without limitation, entering into a user agreement with Clikthrough), requesting any of Clikthrough's services or entering any of Clikthrough's contests, sweepstakes or promotions, you covenant, represent and warrant that you have read, consent to and shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected by this Site

Clikthrough collects two (2) types of data: (1) personal data, such as names and e-mail addresses; and (2) non-personal aggregate data such as traffic volume and usage patterns.

Personal Data

Personal data is gathered when users provide personal data to Clikthrough.com, for example, when requesting registration to Clikthrough.com, registering for contests or promotional opportunities, answering surveys, or other services. Such personal data may include, without limitation, name, age, gender, race, marital status, income level, telephone numbers and/or address or other geographic information.

Clikthrough is not responsible for the data collection, data usage, privacy statements or content on other websites.

Other than personal data identified in this Privacy Policy, Clikthrough generally does not disclose Clikthrough.com user data to third parties. However, Clikthrough will disclose personal data, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Clikthrough; (b) protect and defend rights or property; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the Clikthrough.com users, Clikthrough employees or the public.

Aggregate Data

Aggregate data includes information about user traffic on Clikthrough.com, such as which pages are being visited, the order in which the pages are being visited, which hyperlinks or other areas of pages are being clicked, and how many users are visiting Clikthrough.com. Clikthrough.com may also log IP addresses of its users. Clikthrough encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be fully familiar with the sites that their children visit. At various places on Clikthrough.com, Clikthrough may ask users whether they are under the age of 18 or 13, and if so, Clikthrough may ask for parental consent to continue use of Clikthrough.com. Clikthrough relies on users to be truthful in responding to these questions.

Please note that commenting areas, live chat, forums, message boards, news groups and other interactive areas may be available on Clikthrough.com. Any information disclosed in these areas may become public information and users must exercise caution and discretion when deciding to disclose personal or other data in such interactive areas.

This Privacy Policy, Clikthrough, Clikthrough.com, and any claim related to them, are governed by Nevada law. Any claim relating to this Privacy Policy, Clikthrough, or Clikthrough.com shall be brought in a federal or state court in Clark County, Nevada within one year after the claim arises. Users of Clikthrough.com consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Clark County, Nevada as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of such disputes. Clikthrough.com is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. Use of Clikthrough.com from locations outside the United States where the practices addressed herein are illegal or violate any law is prohibited.
